Our founding partners at ProTurk Property, established in 2020, bring twenty years of industry experience to this young company. The partners have previously worked for Turkey’s first institutionalized real estate firm and earned accolades in multiple branches. At ProTurk Property, we operate with a team of experts with in-depth knowledge about the industry, city, and country. At ProTurk Property, we offer real estate solutions for clients that intend to buy/sell and lease commercial and residential properties across Turkey with a particular focus on Istanbul. Our offering also includes agency services for local projects of 5,000 sqm and more, designing and managing property marketing strategies, and comprehensive consultancy services for the acquisition of property and citizenship.

At ProTurk Property, we assist clients of other nationalities in acquiring Turkish citizenship through property investment by finding suitable properties that match their requirements, helping them file and complete their citizenship applications, and managing the legal processes. At ProTurk Property, we deliver services in multiple languages, primarily in English, Persian, and Urdu, to respond to all requests of our foreign clients. We also provide support throughout the buying/leasing and citizenship application processes with legal, accommodation, and citizenship consultants.
