Turkish Citizenship Application Conditions
Pursuant to applicable legislation, foreign nationals hat meet any of the following criteria may be eligible for Turkish citizenship:

Capital Investment
Making a minimum capital investment of US$500,000 (or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish lira) as attested by the Ministry of Industry and Technology  

Property Acquisition
Acquiring a property worth a minimum of US$400,000 (or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish lira) with a title deed restriction on its resale for at least three years, as attested by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization

Creating Employment
Creating jobs for at least 50 Turkish citizens, as attested by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security

Financial Investment
Depositing a minimum of US$500,000 (or equivalent foreign currency or Turkish lira) in banks operating in Turkey, or buying governments bonds or estate investment fund shares in the same amount, on condition that the deposits are not withdrawn or that such financial instruments are retained and not sold for at least three years.
