According to the data of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat); housing sales in Turkey increased by 15.2 per cent compared to 2021 figures.

When a general evaluation is made within the country; It was emphasised that housing sales decreased by 0.4 percent, while housing sales to foreigners increased by 15 percent.

In Turkey, the country that made the most real estate investments was Russia.
